We are an international crew consisting of 19 different nationalities (March 2022). Most crew members are from Austria, followed by Hungary, Germany and Croatia.

We are motivated by the team spirit at work, the warm welcome by the crew members and the good times with our colleagues at work. Additional major motivators include the generous benefits such as free housing, free meals, free use of gym & pool and many more.

The key element that makes the SHF Crew special is trust. Our supervisors trust us to give our best. They trust us to do our tasks responsibly and passionately.
